Have a look at this thread from Nasher's post #5 onwards. It might point you in the right direction.

My Monster (with clip ons) doesn't require a spacer on the clutch side. Can't remember if it did on the brake side (before I upgraded to a SF master +)
Converting a 796 to clip ons also requires mods to the wind screen. At least that's how it was described back then.

I dont run a windscreen ive seen many threads on the woodcraft conversion and some chop the light or space it but its mostly basic stuff to do, sourcing this space is the hardest challenge yet as ive been hunting them for weeks now with no luck

I made a 3D model of these and uploaded to xometry.de as a test

to have a pair CNC machined in Al-6061 was quoted at €89.97 in bare metal and came with the caveat that there would be a minimum 2mm radius on inside edges, so they'd need filing out by hand or incur extra cost.
Plus there'd be postage and duty from Germany. Anodised started at €143.14, which seems pointless without paying the extra to remove the two affected inside radii first.
(They quoted €144 for 3D priniting a pair in laser sintered aluminium)

I have the .STEP file, and you're welcome to it, if you know someone with a CNC mill or can find another online supplier.

What a fantastic effort and gesture by Rob there

What other owners' club would do that for you?

FWIW, it was quoted at €14.73 to have the pair FDM printed in solid (not honeycomb-fill) ABS which seems quite approachable. even with any additional charges. As I suggested in your other thread they don't need tensile strength as they're in compression once bolted up but I'm a little wary of going that route with a safety critical component...

or €40.92 in Nylon12

I'd be looking for some alternatives. Brembo goldlines with the remote res aren't that cheap, new or s/hand because they are the same for 748/916 restos, but there may be better eg cheaper options if you can get a similar set from a another Ducati model like a Multi or something?

Searching for 'Aprilia Master' instead of 'Ducati Master' on eBay often reveals cheaper routes to the same spec Brembo kit

If anyone is thinking of using xometry.de to manufacture anything, worth noting: having created an account and uploaded a file for 'instant quote', a few day later I got an email offering unspecified first order discount if I requested a manual quote. So even if you like the quoted price, don't order immediately ...
