Another new bod.

Hello, i have only just found this site and i have to say what i have read of it so far has been rather usefull.
About a year ago i was offered a 98 750 monster for a price that i couldnt turn down that looked a little tatty, but i have spent quite a bit of time cleaning and servicing the bike, just got the valve clearances to go now.
I am still learning the bike as i had a sodding great bike dakar type bike before so am having to relearn how to ride all over again but am getting there and am keeping an eye open on this forum for any ride outs in sussex.
Well i will stop now before i ramble on for ages.
Regards
maxxjod

Welcome maxxjod. I'm a relative newbie to this forum too but have found loads of useful stuff just by logging on every so often. Used to ride all sorts until about 15 years ago bought my first Duke, a 750ss, then I had to have a 1995 Monster 900, then a 900sl, then a ....... list goes on a bit but needless to say I still came back for a Monster - current S4R, which I lurve. Kept a 749s too cos I still like a faired bike but the monnie is favourite. Can't beat 'em.

Welcome to the club Maxxjod. We're a mind of information here and we try and be as helpful as we can. There's usually stuff going on all over the South East.

How about having a look at this if you fancy it for March 28th.
