• PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WHEN ATTENDING A MONSTER MEET/RIDEOUT

    1. All riders ride at their OWN risk.
    2. The UKMOC will not be held liable for any accidents to riders/passengers/motorcycles whatsoever.
    3. You are deemed to be in control of your own motor cycle at all times
    4. Please let the ride leader know, if you are intending to 'peel off' en-route.

    ADVICE FOR THOSE LEADING RIDEOUTS

    1. Make yourself known to all persons who intend to rideout with you.
    2. We recommend the 'Drop-Off' system for group rides.
    3. Find out if everyone has ridden in a group before - if not explain any relevant info.
    4. Ensure all have enough fuel - and locate nearest garages to the meet point.
    5. Ask everybody to ride slightly 'off-set' - eg - do not directly follow the bike in front WHERE POSSIBLE. (this leaves extra braking room).
    6. HAVE FUN!

I woke Wilton up this morning and will again tomorrow! Lol

See you there next week Chris.

Sorry I will have to miss this one. I will be in Mid-Wales for a (dry-ish hopefully) weekend ride out and Monster build.

Aiming to be there for 8.30am Chris, on my Scrambler though.

Ducatis were well represented. It was good to see a Desmosedici RR. I was surprised how many Multistradas were present.

Does anyone know if there is plans for another bike event there this summer?

We spoke to the owner and manager and they asked if 'we' could organise something as it would be more likely to be supported if done by bikers!

Watch out for future events on their website, but the plan is to meet and then have an organised ride out from there and back again.

good to see a few of you there yesterday, i think 85 bikes turned up

Be good if there was a ride out from there, lets wait and see

Well done on speaking to them, it sounds good.

The new Lord Pembroke is a real car enthusiast and Wilton House is well worth a visit - it’s still owned and lived in by the family - a rarity in this day and age !

I think he sold a few motors recently but here’s an article for anyone interested https://www.classicdriver.com/en/article/cars/lord-pembroke-200mph-earl-wilton

The yearly big car shows stopped a couple of years ago unfortunately but the monthly car meets are proving popular

Wilton was here long before Salisbury and there’s a lot of history to the town

Well we love it here anyway !!
