Mulling over what to do next on my bike....

All the servicing is up to date - belts, valves, oil, filters, plugs, tyres, chain etc
I've got S4 forks (fresh oil) and better front brakes on it with fresh fluid
I've removed the cat and it obviously has Termi end cans. The airbox is open and I also have an uncut lid for it.
There's a lithium battery in there and I've put some extra starter cables in
The front sprocket is down one tooth

I could get it remapped to match the airbox and ehausts, though to be fair, the engine seems OK?
It's still on its original rear shock, though again, it seems to ride alright - but maybe I'm just used to it.

What do you guys think?

Not all are required or universally liked, but to get the mind buzzing...

Cut under seat side covers, their front part, to match the line on the seat "ears"
Black and/or open belt covers
Remove belly pan
Paint the most protruding part of the clutch cover
Stock or no wind shield
Hypermotard oil lines, routed on the left side
Trim the length of the front wheel fairing
Upgrade master cylinder
Upgrade break discs
Proper suspension set up. Sag a.s.o.

So... I'm pretty happy with the cosmetics of the bike. The engine cases could do with a good tidy up/repainting but that's a whole other project, probably over winter.

Master cylinder and brake disks seem fine, it stops well. I don't ride on the track and I don't really thrash the bike either.

I was looking at getting this shock for the back: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/354718448816
The Sachs one it can't really be rebuilt and is 20 years old now. Plus, the red spring would match better!

My friend is a pretty high level racer, so I can get him to do the suspension set up for me once I've got "fresh" and adjustable shocks on it front and back.

You could try and tidy up the wiring so its behind any frame tubes, as mentioned- a hypermotard oil line helps visually, you could also source a hyper oil cooler which has the oil temp sensor on it meaning you can relocate the one going across the belt covers. If that red/yellow wire is the starter cable then that can go on the other side of the engine too leaving the belt side clean. I have see through belt covers on mine though those were prototypes that didn’t make it into proper production, I think you can still get windowed covers for the 800 engine which are the next best thing. ( If you know any tech savvy folk that could 3d scan yours and then print clear resin covers perhaps)
A comfort seat!, not just for the comfort, it looks better too.
Carbon side covers and exhaust pipe guards to match your cans and belly pan…. And then a front matching mudguard.
I did think about changing the pegs and hangers to black on mine but have never yet got around to it.
Take your pic! :D
