Hi fellow riders. Does anyone know of a good valve shim suppliers for a 2002 Monster M900ie? (8mm valve stems)
There are some sites in Europe but the range of shims seems to be very limited with most out of stock.
I can buy them directly from a Ducati dealer at extortionate prices but if anyone knows of a different
supplier I would be very grateful to hear from you. Cheers
 
I bought MBP shim kits from EMS in the USA for my bikes, however they finished and sold the business to Desmotimes; https://desmotimes.com/ who now sells them but, since Brexit and the introduction of more complex VAT/duty etc. I don't think he will ship to the UK anymore?

Lacey Ducati; https://www.bevelsingleparts.com/ were selling the MBP shims here but I think they recently sold the business to Mdina Italia; https://www.mdinaitalia.co.uk/ though not sure what the situation is now.

It seems mdinaitalia is still selling service parts at very reasonable prices. Lets hope it continues.

I have an EMS kit for desmoquattro,, and pile of 2v shims of various sizes ,,,

I can probably sell individuals if i have them , currently the kit is with me in thailand ,, if i ever sell the S4 i will put the whole EMS kit up for sale
