• PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WHEN ATTENDING A MONSTER MEET/RIDEOUT

    1. All riders ride at their OWN risk.
    2. The UKMOC will not be held liable for any accidents to riders/passengers/motorcycles whatsoever.
    3. You are deemed to be in control of your own motor cycle at all times
    4. Please let the ride leader know, if you are intending to 'peel off' en-route.

    ADVICE FOR THOSE LEADING RIDEOUTS

    1. Make yourself known to all persons who intend to rideout with you.
    2. We recommend the 'Drop-Off' system for group rides.
    3. Find out if everyone has ridden in a group before - if not explain any relevant info.
    4. Ensure all have enough fuel - and locate nearest garages to the meet point.
    5. Ask everybody to ride slightly 'off-set' - eg - do not directly follow the bike in front WHERE POSSIBLE. (this leaves extra braking room).
    6. HAVE FUN!

Hi all

Happy New Year.

Just wondered if anyone fancied a brew at The Haven on Sunday morning, about 10ish?

At the moment I have no training and weather looks good, and bike needs a run out.

Hopefully see a few of you there.

Chances of my shiny clean 12R coming out at the moment is zero...

Sorry Stu!

Hi Stu, hope your well.

I think it will be a no for me at this time, but will hopefully catch up soon

Cheers

Might make it, new heated gloves at the ready... if it’s icy up the hill out of home then gonna cry off.

Tyre pressures, oil, coolant checked and refuelled. Then a very quick 20 minute blast to make sure nothing was going to fall off!

Ready for a cold but dry ride out tomorrow.

We have the frost and ice down the hill:( .. not riding until it warms up later in day.

Good but cold ride out. Good to see some of us are still getting out and about. I just need to get the salt and grime off the 916 now ....... once I have defrosted.
