    1. All riders ride at their OWN risk.
    2. The UKMOC will not be held liable for any accidents to riders/passengers/motorcycles whatsoever.
    3. You are deemed to be in control of your own motor cycle at all times
    4. Please let the ride leader know, if you are intending to 'peel off' en-route.

    ADVICE FOR THOSE LEADING RIDEOUTS

    1. Make yourself known to all persons who intend to rideout with you.
    2. We recommend the 'Drop-Off' system for group rides.
    3. Find out if everyone has ridden in a group before - if not explain any relevant info.
    4. Ensure all have enough fuel - and locate nearest garages to the meet point.
    5. Ask everybody to ride slightly 'off-set' - eg - do not directly follow the bike in front WHERE POSSIBLE. (this leaves extra braking room).
    6. HAVE FUN!

Norfolk Brekky Rideout Sunday 30th June

Hi all

weather looking good for Sunday so will be heading to Posh Pig at Beccles for Brekky, or maybe brunch the time we get there.

Plan is to meet in Sainsbury's car Park in Attleborough at 9:45 leaving at 10:00am. Ride via Pulhams, Halesworth then to Ellough Ind Estate where Posh Pig is. Feel free to meet me and others at Attleborough or should be a Posh Pig about 11:00am if you prefer to make your way there.:thumbsup:
 
Was great to be out with Capo and Grumpy today. We'd fantastic weather for a run round the twisties. Brilliant day, cheers

Thanks to Drew for a very spirited ride along the 'b' roads of Norfolk, had a blast today.
 
If you're wondering why I'm replying to this nearly 13 year old thread, it's because our next East Anglian meet is at the Posh Pigs at Beccles and the name rang a faint bell.
I was only just a member at this time but less than a month away from getting my Monster. I did have a horrid 955i ST and had already met Mohawk on a club run.
I couldn't make this particular outing, but if I had gone it would have been the only time I was matched, or better than Grumpy and Capo for power, but I would have still had trouble keeping up with them!
Mohawk was a spirited Scottish lady and the leader of the Norfolk contingent at the time. She later handed stewardship over to Stuart, a Geordie from Catfield, who handled it for a year until passing the buck to me.

Always wondered why she choose Mohawk as a handle as she had long black hair, maybe there was a more private reason? :unsure:
Last time I got in touch with her a few years back, she had moved way up North, Scotland I think. She told me she was living on her own with her dogs and her Bevels.
