Selling my Monster S2R 803cc
It's a 2005 model and has done ~24k miles
MOT'd til August
Located in Linlithgow (Central Belt Scotland)
V5 present in my name
3 keys (including red master key)










Service history:
Belts changed a couple of months ago along with an oil change
Clutch changed at 23k
Desmo valve service done at 21k
Michelin Pilot Power tyres fitted at 21k (lots of life left)
Lots of servicing paperwork included

Upgrades from stock:
Adjustable TIN forks from an S4 Foggy
Front brakes changed to 4 piston Brembo Goldline calipers and 320mm disks
Carbon Termi exhaust pipes
Upgraded starter wiring
Oxford heated grips
Bar end mirrors
LED indicators

Extras included in sale:
Stainless decat pipe (not fitted to bike)
Carbon belly pan
Rear seat cowl
Single sided paddock stand
Passenger pegs
Various OEM takeoff parts (mirrors etc)
A couple of Ducati specific tools I have for it

Bad bits:
Engine paint flaking
Plastic tank has swollen slightly

We'll know that the upgrades are all good ones but to those outside of ducati ownership they aren't going to see them as adding any value. It's a sad reality that most changes from standard don't add as much value as they cost.
But the price is about right, I've been watching what they go for as I might put mine up for sale. Probably around 3K and expecting that or a little over.
