Hello there Kentgent. Welcome to the forum and ownership.
Pretty busy in the Kent section and a nice mix of bikes too. I used to have a 695 as my first big bike too just after they released it.

Hi all, and thank you for the warm welcome!
I look forward to meeting you next Sunday - Mickey's is a stone's throw away from me, and to Italia day the week after (would be rude not to, being Half Italian and having 10/40 running through the old veins ) My choice of a 695 was down to me being a purist and personal preference I guess...I wanted traditional analogue clocks so a 696 was discounted early on and a vgc 695 mysteriously appeared last Christmas .....although anything with a D at the start and a 'ucati' to follow fires me up Catch up Sunday! |

Hi and welcome along from the South coast.
If ever you fancy a ride out West there are some nice country roads around Midhurst, Petworth way and a place for a cuppa at Whiteways Café at Bury Hill. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/...4!4d-0.5773562 I hope to make it down to Sammy's too but will be in my van as I'll have my daughter with me. I might take the old bike down with me again if we can get moving early enough.

Sorry I could'nt make it
Sorry I couldn't make it this morning guys - Was out in London yesterday and dropped the monster against a wall off the stand , kind of rolled forward and stand came up (derrrr.....) and broke my clutch lever.........was fun getting it home with half a lever! lol.
Waiting for a new one to be delivered - will catch up with you soon - hope you had a pleasant meet. |
