And so the love affair begins...
Hi all
Today I paid my deposit for a new 696... I've been a lifelong fan of ducati and this is my first road bike as I am yet to complete my test. (hopefully will pass in a couple of weeks!) I've ridden offroad for years but finally found time to get my licence sorted and get myself a bike. I struggled to decide between the 6/796 but decided that as first bike for a couple of years, the 696 will be more than sufficient. Also love the "dark stealth" colour option which makes up for the few aesthtic enhancements the 796 has over the 6, in my opionion. After a couple of years I'll probably be looking at a 1200/s as the affair continues. I look forward to getting on the road with my new love and getting involved on here. Cheers Ant |

Not sure when it is due, I will hopefully find out tomorrow but the dealer assured me that he has reserved one that is already due to ship to the UK so hopefully not too long! |
