Slob Recommends
Michelin Pilot Power
After doing 200 road miles to get the shine off most of the way round, I have done over 500 miles, over 4 days on a racetrack and the tyres are FOOKIN' BRILLIANT. They stick like sh!t to a blanket and still have a good profile(not triangular, which track tyres tend to go, as road tyres go square) just showing a bit of a saw tooth pattern at the edges of the tread and no signs of blueing. There's only about 1mm of chicken strip left on the front L/H side and I've been scraping both exhausts with confidence in sessions up to 45 minutes long. I'll let you know how long they last on the road as soon as I've had a chance to kill them properly. |

Nice one Slob - do you think Michelin's will help me get my knee down on the trike?
Ahhh... I bet they don't do them in 205/40/17 size - bugger!
