Manchester and North West 2018

What great start to the New Year , our own corner at the Lockgate, good turnout including two new faces !

It’s great that everyone is up for planning a ride out this year, already looking forward to the next meet so that we can get an initial itinerary planned.



So Far we have:

Marc is looking at a ride out to the East of the region, all positive stuff.



The monthly meet diary was pretty much agreed with the exception of April which has been bumped a week to avoid the mayhem of Easter weekend

April.........Sunday 8th…..moved due to Easter weekend
May...........Sunday 6th
June..........Sunday 3rd
July...........Sunday 1st
August........Sunday 5th

Thanks for the picture Mike and the itinerary. Great to see everyone this morning and looking forward to the next meet . Hopefully the weather will be dry and the heated grips are working (being a South Manchester Jessie )
I'll get my thinking cap on for a suitable route and let you know

......3degrees, hmmmm.......if it's dry and no salt I am going for two wheels ....on the front and two on the back!, only joking, I am itching to get out so review forcast Saturday, we had the lot at the airport yesterday including snow.

3 degrees but feels like 0 on my local forecast at the moment, so will keep an eye on it. Failing 2 wheels I'll run over to you Geoff if there's room in the car!

Was gonna send this via PM responding to yours but you are full....

Yes I'll be there Sunday but there is no way you will get me on a bike until there is a little bit more warmth. Hats off to ya if it happens for you - I am itching to get going though Ive only rode my new one once and that was only 20 miles.

I'll be meeting the crew at Geoff's and coming over with them

Nice one, look forward to a catch up......you have highlighted something here......there was a thread late last year about saving sent PM messages, I adjusted my settings just so I could remind myself of who I had sent to. Now I have 24 in my inbox and 6 in my sent items ...= 30= Full ! .........

Sunday meet

Hi all still struggling to get time off at the moment looking at my work calendar I’m only off the 1st Sunday of any month twice this year hoping to get over for a ride with you again soon
