Another newbie saying Hi

I originally posted this in the sticky but it might be more visible here as a new item.

Hi my name is Darren, I'm new here but not to Ducati ownership, I have owned my Monster for just over 2 years and also have a 748 for the past 13 years. Prior to that I have had both 750 and 900SS's so I consider myself Ducatisiti through and through. I also have a Laverda Mirage that I bought in boxes and I rebuit over about a 2 year period and a Triumph Trophy 900 that is still in pieces but I won't mention that again on here.

I thought I would join here so I could be more part of a community, share experiences, tips, technical stuff with other Monster owners. Maybe even get together for rides out with other local owners.

Hi Darren, and welcome along from a fellow east midlander.
S4 and 748 sounds like an excellent mix of Ducattery.
Hope to meet up sometime.

Welcome Darren. All of your bikes are cool imho. Nowt wrong with showing us others as I have some Jap too which I am immensely proud of and lusting after a Norton 961. My monster is my best bike though.

Hi there welcome along. Got to say I've always liked Laverdas, how's about sticking up a photo of the Italian beast.

See... everyone loves the combine harvesters!! (why wouldn't they?- They're the original 'orange bike', Italian and loud!).

I'd rather like one to do this on (see picture) but I'm not sure my chest is hairy enough so best I stick with my little 250 until I get one of those 1970's style chest wigs.

I take my hat off to anyone who is mad enough to race a Laverda triple, total respect!

Lovely!!!!

Thanks for posting those- makes me want one more now - I quite fancy a 750SF...(or a 3C ...or a 1000 or a Mirage)

Be honest, how many times have you started it up indoors after too many Stella's?? (pic2).
