What Model!!

Please help. Crazy as it may seem I am not sure exactly what model my lovely monster is! I have not yet got Log Book ( postage ) its a m900 with a fuel injected engine year 2003 and has the red tank with corse decalls and black and white checked pattern?! Is it 904c.c. or 916 and what sort of B.H.P. should it have? Dealer said 904. M.O.Tsays 916! So many models, so little time! Love it though!!

904 engine = air cooled 2 valve heads
916 engine = water cooled 4 valve heads

So if it's got some plumbing and a radiator it's a monster S4 as these are water cooled using the 916 engine. If it's not got a radiator it's probably what the dealer told you a monster M900ie.

Can't help with BHP figures though.

Nice one mate!! No rad or plumbing so its a M900ie. Thats what I thought so thanks for confirming. I love the thing, just so many things I want to do to it, starting with pipes!! Cheers again Kev
