Oil temp sensor

Hi all, was giving the bike an oil change, and thought I'd check the Oil screen and paint the alternator cover this time round. Had trouble removing the alloy cap which holds the oil temp sensor, must have been torqued really tight, butchered the cap and snapped the sensor, no patience = no finesse! roch
Was getting silly quotes from Ducati dealers for a {02 750} sensor 40-50 but found a equivalent replacement Audi sensor which matches the Ducati gauges for 6 quid! Fitted a treat works exactly the same,
