One Call Insurance - Avoid!

I hate doing things like this but I would like to try and help anybody making the same mistake i have.
One Call Insurance should be avoided, as they are a joke.
Setting up my policy with them was difficult enough but trying to change my address was even worse. After advising the customer service representative that i would like to change my address i was duly informed that there would be an additional premium of £80 to pay, when i questioned what the charge was for i was eventually advised that it was a £55 admin fee and £25 for an additional product that was an excess reducer premium, when i asked to remove the additional product the phone call headed south, rapidly!! The customer service representative became defensive, aggressive and then just plain rude, after numerous polite requests to speak to a manager or supervisor I finally got through to a supervisor who couldn't care less about the poor attitude of the customer service rep.
In addition i have now found out that if you make an official complaint it is very likely that One Call will cancel your insurance.

Please for your own sanity stay away from One Call.

Try A-quote, I've been using them for years, never had a problem other than the usual "everyone's insurance has gone up" drivel - I always end up paying about the same.

Maxxjod you have your answer. Complain, let them cancel as then it is them braking the contract so no admin fee
