Photobucket Fix

Copied from another forum. I've tried this on Firefox and it works.

Fix for seeing Photobucket pics

If you're using Google Chrome, go to the three dots on the right side of the screen and click them. A drop down should appear. Hover your mouse over "More Tools," and when the next drop down appears, click on extensions. Go to the link towards the bottom that says "Get more extensions." In the search box, type "Photobucket Fix," and hit enter. Click the install button and once it's done, you should be able to see photobucket pictures again.

For FireFox users, click on the three bars on the right side of the screen, then click on add ons. Click search for "photobucket hotlink" and click install. Same result.

.....or emulate what the browser fix does by changing the file extension from ".jpg" to ".jpg~original".

It means you need to manually update any images you've posted, unless the Mods can do something, but it allows everyone to see Photobucket pics without need to download and install anything.

For example:
http://www.photobucket.com/albums/us...e/filename.jpg

becomes:

http://www.photobucket.com/albums/us...e.jpg~original

That sound like its worth a try.
Thanks.
It may even be a handy way for me to retrieve at least a few of my old photos which were lost when my computer blew a valve a while back.
I'll give it a go when I have a bit more spare time.
