I saw it too, tragic, what a waste and what a talent.
Nothing Rossi or Edwards could have done, no way.
RIP Marco, you'll be sadly missed.

Marco was a breath of fresh air to Moto GP, he was a great rider & a great character. Such a sad day & a huge loss for motor sport.
I still can't believe it hapened....

I just can't get my head around it, what a terrible tragic accident to happen to someone so much larger than life - it seems so unfair, I will really miss him on the grid & in the paddock - who else could wear an alice band in so much hair without looking like a jesse? He was just so cool and so full of life - RIP Marco - Ciao.

Whenever we lose a racer its a horrible thing.

Seeing the sickening sight of his crash helmet rolling along the track is not something I will forget quickly.

Whilst driving along the M3 today I saw a van and written in the dirt was 'RIP Super Sic 58'

He obvioulsy touched a lot of people and I was surprised to see this graffiti.

I do feel that it was wrong of BBC to show his girlfriend in tears on the news, but maybe thats just me.

Rest In Peace to Marco, and all those that gave their lives in the sport we love.

Mrs Cutter and I had recorded the race. Our daughter tipped us off that something bad had happened so we watched the coverage Sunday morning. You get to know these guys a little watching the racing every weekend year in year out. Like a lot of people it hit us much harder than we would have expected. Still doesn't seem real and it's so sad everytime you remember such a nice guy and keen racer is gone for good.
