I booked a twin room yesterday so looking for a room mate.

Applications from nymphomaniac vineyard, brewery or distillery heiresses will be fast-tracked and if successful I may consider moving to a double room.

£10 sent via paypal btw.

Wrong again. Apart from being the wrong gender I need a relaxed room-mate, not someone who will get all steamed-up about the least little thing.

Although he would be good at putting the kettle on.

Nope, only me.

Yay ... oop north AND in Wales.
Venue looks great, too.
Many thanks to all the organisers ... past and present for that matter.
Tenner paypal'd.

Also, I had a ponder about rideouts .....
Last year we used the drop off system and it seemed to work well.
It does benefit greatly though if the tail guy is highly visible, as we discovered.
To this end, I will be ordering a decent quality, close fitting, stretchy, breathable, high viz vest.
I might even be able to get Rick to print the club logo on it.

Not that I'm volunteering to be tail end Charlie this time.
I did that for every run last time and it does rather spoil the ride .. which is absolutely fine on occasion but not so great when its for every ride.
But I'm happy to take a share.
And the reflective vest (in size med/large) will be available for anyone else to use.

It was the mention of a close fitting, stretchy, breathable, high viz vest that clinched it for me.

And also stating "I don't mind being tail-end Charlie but not on every ride"

As it says in the Bible -" it is better to give than receive."

Looking forward to May Jeff.

I've got a bright orange hi viz so don't mind being the rear gunner on one of the runs
