Hello from Somerset

Recently got hold of a 2017 Monster 1200, after a few years without a bike. Last bike was a 1050 Speed Triple. No fairing to keep the speeds down...

Always wanted a Ducati, so went for it this time. So far so good - lots of grunt but need some more noise!

Hi from just along the A36. Have you checked out the Coast to Coast thread? The run will be coming quite close to Bath.

I had a Zard on the Speed Trip, but the only Zard that looks available for the new 1200 is £2500!! SC Project looking favourite at the moment (with removable db killer) but need to see if it will fit my bike as is for 1200R.

I will look at the Coast to Coast run and see if I am around.

Cheers
Dave

Hi Dave

Not far from you, Devizes way. Got a 1200R, fitted an Arrow can, good value, sounds nice, runs well!

Keep an eye on the Wiltshire events section, we try to get something sort once a month

Ped

Hi Ped,

I will keep an eye out on the Wilts events.

As the bike is a new model just out, there is very little choice of pipes - hopefully that should change over the summer...

Cheers, Dave

I found a few on eBay
Termi - stupid expensive
Arrow
SC Project
Spark
Akrapovic (don't seem to do one for my R)
And a few really cheap ones from companies I've never heard of!
