Well used Ohlins shock for early Monster.

OK all, so have come across my old Ohlins shock with remote reservoir, which I believe is coded as Du 440, see also link below. Not quite straight forward, firstly I had it refurbish by a company in Leeds (who's name I've forgotten) and had a lighter spring fitted (a misguided attempt to cure an ongoing problem that as it turned out had nothing to do with the shock). I do have the original spring but the paint is well shot on it, although the spring itself is fine. However it's been lying on a shelf for a couple of years (along with a load of other stuff), and when I took it down it was sitting in a puddle of fluid. So you will I think have to assume that it will need to be refurbished before it could be used. If you're interested PM me your email address and I'll send more photos.
