Mine are Woodcraft w/- 3" rise. I still have to make some minor adjustments to mine as the bars nearly hit the tank on full lock, and I had to reduce the lock movement quite a bit too, so what little there was originally is now even less, any more and junctions would be interesting. Its kind of difficult as the standard brake lines limit movement somewhat.

Are you running Radial masters with 2 full brake lines Stopintime? I would like to see how they are routed as I plan to go with 2 full lines but may not have budget this year for upgrading to radial m/c so would probably have to stick with the standard axial goldlines.

I have a radial from a Streetfighter, from one line at the master through a T-junction into two lines behind the headlight. This was made custom to fit '996' calipers and radial master.

I've gone for an above the bar set up as I didn't want to modify the headlight holder just yet to get the clocks at the right height... maybe a project for the future!

Rizomas allow a small height adjustment on the forks legs, have a nice sweep (adjustable) and are very well made!







Bars are a tad lower than standard, certainly not as severe as the full race orientated clip on set up. The yoke is lovely and I went for the DP steerer stem nut, seemed rude not to!

I tried some straight clip ons and they were too low for me and the clocks are then too high. If you go for 2-3 " rise or the rizomas the clocks look ok and you don't have to extend any thing like brake lines but it is fiddly getting in all to fit. I had the added complication of getting the steering damper to fit without fouling anything and the triples on mine have an eccentric cam for adjustable rake so the centre nut sits higher and wouldn't work with the rizomas. If you want to go for the rizoma type pm me.

I'm kinda leaning towards getting some that fit below the top yoke. I'm quite tall, and feel cramped on the bike at speed...... My mate has a gsxr750 that I've just returned after borrowing it for a week, and that was lovely and comfy......

That would probably be your best option as you can't lower the top yoke mounted type. At least with the Woodcrafts you can buy different sized riser plates so you can customize to pretty much any height you want, afaik they do 0, 1, 2 and 3" rise, maybe 2.5" and you can have any colour you like as long as its black. They're not flashy as some but they are very versatile and cheapest that I've seen is on ebay from the US. A lot of the UK sellers charge the same price in £ as $. I didn't use the hollow tube bars they provided preferring instead to use the solid billet Factory Racing bars at £12 each although if you want to drill for the switchgear pins it would be easier with the hollow type. I somewhat lazily ground the pins off the switch gear and used black electrical tape to stop them slipping around.
