Renewal, expensive but a relief
Well just had my renewel through,
Just over double of last year. This takes into account the following which had to be claimed on my current policy. They have even given me 1 years NCB to start off with again. 1 written off Hornet 900 1 written off Ducati S2R1000 And still manged to get replacement bike onto same police for last 6 months. In 18 years never had a accident which was just me, so have had to grin and bear it (not much grinning) and take the hit with my Insurance. The renewal is over £500 and that is to cover my replacement S2R1000. I had guessed it would be about £600 (if they would even insure me) so can't grumble. So as I can still get insured, will be keeping the bike thankfully.: |

Can i order a woolie hat then
Thats still not a bad quote with the history/trouble you've had. In my boy racer days with cars i had £300 added for getting 3 points putting a years insurance upto £700ish I think you did quite well there especially getting a years NCB out of it. |

Red one with Ducati?
Or do you prefer yellow to match Frame? Started last year with max NCB. I won't complain as the insurance did its job. And I am glad to say it did what it said on the label, put me back roughly in pre accident position. But having to speak to the same claims handler was for me a bit embarrissing. I did apoligise a few times. The only accidents I have ever had either involved oil or other cars. Oil i managed to work out, when I rode dispatch in Huddersfield a long time ago, other cars luckily paid up as it was their fault. |
