Paint colour

Does anyone know the code for the yellow on the M900 1998 /99.

RS Paint call it yellow fly but don't give a code.

"Acid Yellow" is the very pale yellow that you only find on yellow/black S2Rs

Ah right.
I've had a lovely rich Yellow custom mixed for the Norton, which is very similar if not the same to the "Yellow Peril" production racers. Hopefully I will have enough left over to try on my spare Monster tank.

If you don’t already know, it’s a good idea to use white and not grey primer for areas or the whole thing, if it needs it.

They sold me 2 pack paint for the same reason, as they said the yellow would not cover the primer in 1k.

Perhaps a suitable opportunity to repost this very useful information from Dukedesmo back in 2012

Some good info, I wasn't aware of using the white primer @Damian666., so thats a bonus.
Is there a thread on prepping plastics for paint on here? I didn't see one.

You can get "plastic primer" or use an adhesion promoter, or adhesion promoting primer.
I have used etch primer before with success, but only because it was handy at the time.

If you can't use 2 pack for whatever reason, then consider a light top coat of white before your yellow.
