So crystal-ballers.............
Does Boris' announcement today mean this is more or less likely to go ahead as planned?

So does today’s news mean this is cancelled?

Indoor hospitality opens on the 17th May but only to “household groups”
But the earliest possible date to remove the legal limits on social contact is the 21st June...

.....there is time for two of us to legally adopt the rest of the group, thus two “ families”.

....find a park with many benches and coincidentally turn up in groups of two,

.......seriously though, I will make some enquiries at the hotel but I don’t think it’s looking that great tbh.

According to Simplepolitics on Instagram, from the 17th of May staying away in hotels is allowed. There is no mention of family groups only.
Pubs are allowed table service inside to eat and drink.
Conferences are allowed, although how big has not been defined.

It's looking ever more hopeful though. The vaccination program has got to be helping? I'm getting my first stabulation on Friday.
Even if only the vaccinated are allowed to mingle by the June date, then surely we could have a low key Weekend with no frills and no expectations and then push the boat out say, in September?
