I hadn't realised that the 797 wasn't being offered in euro 5 form and it appears also that the 1200 won't be updated either. So it would seem that, from 2022, if you want a new Monster, it will have to be the 950 or nothing.
This from: https://www.bennetts.co.uk/bikesocia...ils-price-spec While the old Monster 797 and 821 have dropped from the range, Ducati is listing the Monster 1200 and 1200 S as 2021 models (with prices unchanged at £11,995 and £15,095) although they’re only approved to ‘Euro 4’ emissions standards and as such will only be able to be sold next year under end-of-series regulations allowing firms to offload stocks of machines that don’t meet the new Euro 5 standards. |

You’d best look after your 1200R then Ped. It makes a good pair with your M900.
