Hi all, just thought i'd say hi and introduce myself, im Jeff from Lyneham in Wiltshire, soon to be a proud owner of my first Ducati.....Monster 696+ Pearl white....picking up tomorrow afternoon, and hints/tips greatfully recieved

Now and agian a few of us from round swindon way head to avebury on a wednesday evening (when its not pissing down!!!!), might see you up there some time.......

Well i took ownership of my 696+, late yesterday afternoon, nearly didnt get to the dealer due to Bristol's rush hour traffic, had a pleasant and safe journey back along the A420, roll on that first service, (why dont manufactures pre-run in engines?) 5000RPM how restricting is that, although i did read in the manual (yes i know a man reading a manual, how strange, especially as it aint broke) you can go to 5500-6000RPM, so i will be utilising those extra 1000RPM today.
I will try and get some pic's on today, would of done it last night, but i was forced to go for a spin out to Avebury and surrounding area's.

Well done and a good colour choice. CK has had fun running hers in and still able to get some speed up.

The pearl white is stunning - and yes - it's got to be the fastet he he he...Jules really might need one you know Ped - and if she does get one I want a go!!! Took one out last week and LOVED it!!!!!

Bike looks lovely mate,same as mine will look,took one out for a demo yesterday and had fun,thought the exhaust a little quiet but loved the induction sound.Have fun.Hopefully will see mine some time soon.
