Thumbs up Bolton Area MOT

Concorde Motorcycles on Frederick Street Farnworth have been MOTing my bike since since it's 3rd birthday. Top Bloke.

Last year he told me to get my rear reflector back on, (after the CHOP  ). He passed it though. Completely forgot all about it.

Last Wednesday got stopped for 'Defective Number Plate' it was pointing skyward, picked up a producer & pink copy for the MOT man. Would you 'adam & eve' it, my MOT ran out the previous day. Took it to Concorde, after rectifying the 'fault', my MOT man said "I see you've still not fitted that reflector yet" ****E I thought he was gonna fail it. BUT d'you know what he did?? He fitted one for me FOC and passed it. That'll be £15.20 please.

Did you put the original cans back on stevie?

Out of interest (and cheapness!).......how much does he charge for servicing?

's a good question that, 'cos I don't know !! But you've got me thinking, I'll have to pay him a visit and have a chat. He does sidecar jobbies in the 'TT' but he's missed this year 'cos he's been building a bicycle with an 18cc engine to do the John o' Groats to Land's End for charity, he was working on it when I turned up for my MOT. The 'Contraption' was sat on a service table, fully road taxed. He (and 'A' another) were doing final modifications.................

..............obviously a talented Engineer.
