There is a song title in there somewhere Geoff !!!.................think I owe it to both us and Laura to have a chat with her, great spot but room for improvement on the service front.......... didn't spoil the day though.

Over to The IOM Saturday to scatter my dad's ashes in the family plot, we had intended to come straight back but we've been offered free lodging for the night with an old workmate so it look's like I'll be giving this one a miss - roll on October and hopefully an Indian summer! Enjoy the ride

Hi Chris,
Yes I remember you saying last month, hope the trip goes well. I will be proposing another mid-month bimble if the weather is right to try and squeeze as many in as possible before we get into the wrong end of the year....hope to see you soon.

Sorry guys, been out walking all day volunteering on a Macmillan walk in the Peak District. Been a long day, up at 5 only just got home. Afraid I'm going to recover at home in the morning. Really sorry!

No worries Jim....the weather forcast has changed yet again and WAles is looking wet past mid morning so it will be coffee, chat and dash for home with a view to getting a decent ride mid month.....weather permitting.

Hope he recovery goes well (Peroni and an afternoon on the sofa )
