I'd like to say thanks to Rich' and Pete at Moto R for their efforts, both servicing my 1198 and kindly loaning me tools for working on the ill Monstro's head stud.
It's easy to slag garages / dealers / people off when they are shoddy (rightly so) so I think it's only fair when people go the extra bit in the interests of customer care to publicise that too.
Thanks guys - the Monster will be back - he's still a broken %#}{*+= bike!
