Aftermarket Speedo

My speedo is in Kmh, and I'm not having any luck finding a used one in Mph. A new one from Ducati or ebay is £500+ which is insane!

I have found a place to make a card with all the translucent numbers etc, but the cost is £160.

So, anyone changed their speedo / dash to an aftermarket one? Any recommendations?

I want it ideally to do everything that my current original set up does with fuel indicator / signals / neutral / high beam blah blah.

Also are there problems to make them work caused by the ECU?

Any advice or suggestions much appreciated!
