Update: Just spoken to Jenny from Ducati UK .... far more helpful than Greta in Italy
 She's going to start the request process for me but does warn of delays due to demand of CoC in the UK due to ULEZ. Happy to wait if it means that she'll eventually become legal to use in France  Still can't believe how hard it is to get a CoC when all the other brands just pop it in the owner's book from delivery
