If you want to see what the DP filler looks like, there's a picture of mine here:

You'll probably pay a premium over a similar CNC part but I liked the look of it. Having said that, I think CNC do a lockable option, which might be important to you.

Carry on spending!
Thanks.

I was looking at yours last night, can't justify £160 for a petrol cap!. But who knows what will happen in the near future. LOL

I'm not going to add up the costs so far, maths was never my strong point . The MV costs are even worse!.
Just hope the wife never reads any of my posts!

This could be your lucky day!

I don't think it's a genuine DP item (a Chinese copy perhaps) and you'd need to buy some screws but, at only £15, worth a punt perhaps?

Alternatively, this genuine part is £105 and open to offers - maybe worth making a cheeky one!

Off of ebay. Cheap but they work great, clear vibration free view . Will probably get a set for my other bike .
Think I got them from these guys .

Well thanks to the bad influence of Mr Luddite I now have a Ducati Performance petrol cap.
Fitting is a bit of a faf as you need to remove all the panels covering the tank and, various screws holding the cap etc .
Cold fumbeling fingers and I dropped the first screw I undone straight into the petrol tank!! Doh!!
After that all fairly straight forward .
Bit dissapointed it doesn't come with black screws though.

New keyring also .

Looking good, Doggy!

I'm with you on the silver screws though; I replaced them with these:

More temptation, I know - but they're only a fiver!

£20 for a DP filler cap? Bloody hell that has to be bargain of the year!

Chinese copy. Mine was a few times dearer than that. Unless my wife is reading this , in which case it was indeed a bargain at £20.

New tinted screen fitted today . A couple of the holes needed enlarging, but no big deal.

That contrasts nicely with the white paintwork, Doggy. I think it shows up better than on my red fairing. I don't know how they can do them for the price.

Very tasteful! (What's next?)

Black screws for the screen perhaps?

Probably going to take off all the panels again and the tank to get to the battery to fit my Garmin satnav ready for a little euro road trip in May .
