Rebuild Update
Paint is now done 'phew' and I now have a rolling chassy
and some lovely shiny painted bits just putting the casings back together and waiting for new seals, circlips etc. Then engine back in the bike, loom, fluids, belts. |

Looks like the powdercoat might have blocked the core/fins on the cooler
This area should have really been masked and just painted
