South end of Blackfriars Bridge heading north @ 09:15 this morning.

Looked like a red 1098.

Traffic speed, 2mph in heavy traffic. I think a black cab tapped him from behind.

Rider ok, the cab driver didn't even get out of his taxi to see if he was ok! Unbelievable.

Hiya Stuart. I spotted you at the south end of London Bridge just before that.

As you know it's madness at the mo considering the slippery conditions. Be careful out there.

BTW I also seen a 1098 at hyde park corner going the same direction towards LB

The guy on the 1098 came Tower Bridge way toward London Bridge and then towards Blackfriars Bridge.

If it wasn’t a cab (as I don’t think they are as bad for this), I’d say they were probably on their phone / texting. It’s unbelievable how many people I see crawling in traffic or at lights with their head down texting on email on blackberrys. Makes me really mad!

Hope rider and bike are ok
