We're Home

Back home safe and sound a while ago.

Had a great weekend as normal, good friends, lots of laughs and fun.

Thank you to everyone who did something to make weekender 2015 so good.

The organisational and planning was good, food was good, hotel was good, ride outs were good.

Cheers

Martin

Thank you for coming Martin and Char and for supporting UKMOC inter county national meets. Chars bike is well pure bike porn. Your presence as ever most welcome along with the usual hard core members

Thanks to all that came to the Kent one from all over especially Mr Gasa, and Jerry who also made it too both days. Also Black Bob came along and of course Nonnie and a pop in from Max.
Entertainment supplied by Casey Spooner and Sapone
But biggest shock was the appearance of UKMOC's finest our old mate Didge who suddenly turned up and stayed over and kept us entertained and caught up on life amongst the attendee's

The guys are still at the hotel enjoying the food and relaxing tonight no doubt because they all worked so hard and we all had worries that it may not be successful. We were wrong it was great.
Big shout too for our Belgium friends who continue to enjoy our country. Safe journey home guys.
Big thanks to AlanC.

Really good weekend of fun and laughs, and for the 'JP Tours' Rideout's we didn't even get that wet.
Non-Chaos reigned.

Well done to all the people involved in organising.

well done Alan on a successfully organised weekender. The hotel was great, the food was excellent and we really enjoyed the rideouts so thanks to JP.

The spanner of the year award is safely home and in pride of place. My next aim... to build a bike (with my own fair hands) that wins modified monster of the year award... watch this space...

I do NOT want to be following you when you think you've achieved that

Sorry I didn't make it this year guys.
It was always going to be 50/50 due to my financial constraints at the moment.

Hi All, Thanks to everyone who attended this years weekender and the day visitors.

After all the pre nerves we had a great weekend.

The hotel was excellent, I thought the food and staff were brilliant !!! I have already emailed and thanked the hotel, they replied saying that they enjoyed and loved having us and our great motorbikes.

The raffle raised £157, I have just posted the cheque to the Kent, Surrey and Sussex air ambulance. Thanks to all.

Thanks for all the kind comments, think the Kenties did a great job.

Now time for a bow bow's !

Thanks to Alan C and the rest of the Kenties for organising another great weekender.

Thanks also to JP - cracking good ride-out yesterday, and what a pleasant surprise to find some relatively empty roads in the crowded south east of England. Oast houses, bluebells and the smell of wild garlic - it's almost enough to make one turn to poetry (although perhaps that should be left to "Lord Byron").

Excellent and plentiful food, decent bottled beer from the Hastings Brewery, great company (can't remember the last time I was in tears of laughter the way I was over dinner last night) and even a bit of sunshine.

Monster ate 511 thundering miles in 34 brilliant hours without missing a beat..

Hit Mach 1 for the first time on an owners club run and really enjoyed riding out with everyone. Thanks to JP for showing us some great roads.
The National run on Sunday was thankfully more restrained. I loved the way the second bike stayed behind at the junctions to mark the way. It meant that the bikes got shuffled so everyone saw a bit of each other and rode at different ends of the run. Thanks to Alan, Albie Shuffy and GT for taking good care of the tailenders.

Great to put faces to some of the names on here, nobody ever looks quite as you imagine from just some words and an avatar...Like Jerry-dile Dundee..

Big thanks to all who put effort into making this a success...It stood out a mile...and thanks for having me..

Thanks very much to Alan, Shuffle, Albie and Scrapps plus all others who made the Weekender a brilliant event. Fantastic Hotel with excellent food and accommodation plus the staff were great.
Can't comment on the ride outs though! Pity there weren't a few more bikes there on Sunday for the competitions.

I thought you voted for me

But thanks to those that did - I need to get Martin to fix my new coat hook to the wall

Again thanks to all the organisers
Food was really good - Italian run hotel in Sussex with a lovely local pub next door - match made in heaven

Justin 'take me down the muddy track' Photis - thanks loads 😉
