Do we know what this Friday buffet time is until if the missus gets here late due to traffic in the car.
The ever helpful Ciro has just got promptly back to me.
He has amended the Eventbrite page to read; "9pm Relaxed Buffet - £15 per person (we can stage this in 2 sittings for those arriving later)"

So that should work out well unless anyone is arriving extremely late.

Please let me know if anyone is expecting to be late on Friday evening and I can ask for the second sitting.

Eek... Better book my own supper or I'll be going through the Sharnbrook bins!!

Just to let you know, i received the email from gary/ciro for ordering the meals.

when you log on the saturday night meals say that certain choices are sold out ?

i called the hotel and they have seen the problem and will be sorting asap so we can make choices.

There was a glitch on the Eventbrite site.
Ciro was on the case last night after Rollo22 noticed it... It's all fixed now.
Full menu available.

Ahh.... I thought I was just a bit slow getting my order in! .
So I chose a Salmon starter which I probably won't eat. Main and dessert choice were fine .

Thanks for the bump MrsC.

I think I have gotten the details out to everyone now.
Booking meals at The Sharnbrook is all done online, so if you wish to eat there either as a resident or non-resident, (including the Sunday BBQ) you will need the link to the booking site.

Please PM me your email address and I will send it out to you.

Still rooms left.... See post #1 for booking details.

I think the run will probably set off at about 10am, but drop in early, as there will be a short briefing before we all hit the road, just to explain the drop off system to first timers and make sure everything is safe and sound.
Besides you want a bit of time to meet and greet and ogle the bikes...

The Sharnbrook is laying on a BBQ for us when we get back from the run, so let me know your email address and I will send you the booking forms for a burger and sausage.

Booked for Saturday night. Mrs M has a broken foot, so she'll be in the motor.

Well today is a landmark, as in one month's time it will all be over!

Preparations are in overdrive and the itinerary is getting flipped on it's head as time goes on. There is a wonderful sense of chaos that so typifies a UKMOC event... I love it..
Thanks to everyone who is working so hard on this.

There are still rooms at The Sharnbrook, but time is slipping away, so now is the time to book up if you want to join in with this years special 25th anniversary Monster fest.

There are a couple of Travelodge's, less than 10 miles in opposite directions from The Sharnbrook, which offer cheaper B&B rates. There is also a campsite just yards from the hotel.
You can still dine at The Sharnbrook for the same price as residents, (PM me for the Menus and booking details).

I am still looking forward to receiving donations (see post#2) for the running of this, as I've pushed the boat out for a lasting souvenir for everyone to take home. Free for all attendees and something special for 2018.
Weekender T-shirts will soon be on the shelves too.
