Finally got my first Ducati!

A long time fan and now an owner, couldn't be happier to be spinning round the Essex countryside on my M696.

Will post up some more photos of little additions to the bike in due time.

Welcome! The bike looks good. First one I've seen with standard levers I think!?

I'm jealous of the Termis you have, I'm trying to get some for mine but struggling to locate any

Lots of people swap them out for the ASV shorty levers, but I'm quite happy at the moment with these.
I waited a while to find the right bike with the Termis already fitted, it's a pretty big cost. I know that eBay do slip-ons, I assure you it's worth the money.

Yeah I found an absolute minter with low mileage etc. but without Termis. I snapped it up thinking it wouldn't be an issue to get some, however now I'm pretty sure Termi don't make them anymore so finding new ones is proving to be a challenge. My search continues...

As for the levers, personal choice etc. but my Pazzo levers improve the feel \ comfort quite a bit. The looks are just an extra bonus really.

Yes 9th it is, I will put up a post the week before. Usually Micky's near Maidstone or Nell's near Gravesend on A2. If weather good we will do ride out into Kent.

A much cheaper alternative to ASV or Pazzo levers are the Chinese ones on ebay from various suppliers for about £50. I've used them for years on different models and they've been great.

Yep, I have Chinese levers.
Can't fault them so far, after 4yrs or so.
And mine were less than £20.
Best avoid coloured anodising though as it may fade in the sun.

Plenty of places advertise them but I'm finding that they don't actually have any and can't get any! Plus I don't really want cans without the ECU.

If you find the cans, and they don't have to be Termi do they ? And then get the ECU remapped for about £500. Much better than a Ducati ECU replacement.
