has anyone had any dealings with a online shopping company called RED RACING PARTS .I think it's a italian company

yes I've dealt with them without any real problems but I don't know as I know most of their suppliers and have an English guy who lives in Italy and works for me collecting parts and getting a better deal than I can get from here. Face to face is the best way to get good service & price in Italy.
