Hi Bex, not personally, but the lady who came out and bought my CBR last week was on hold for over 30 minutes trying to contact them to get insured to ride the bike home. Then they couldn't find the details of the quote to change bike. Not what I needed during the sale! That of course may be the norm for bike brokers? eBike was great for me, but then I am about 50 years older than you!

I've read/heard lots of bad stuff about them when i was looking a 2 months ago, but then there's lots of bad stuff about all of them if you look long enough. General grumbles are quotes jumping £100 when you go to take the insurance out, and problems getting through to them for any reason after taking out the policy. Can be on hold for a long time. Its a lottery really, the companies doing cheaper quotes are usually the ones who you have trouble with getting in contact with once you've taken out their policy, check they send the certificate to you in the post and not all online paperwork, personal thing really, but i like to have all the relevant paperwork sent out so its all together and you know exactly what you should and shouldn't have.
Review centre has some good reviews on them btw.

Thats always the problem, generally people only write reviews when they've had a bad experience, rarely when its been good or fine. Hmmm decisions.

Cheers for the info guys, and good to know Steve. Might call them up out of interest and see if I can get through!

I'd go for it . Chances are you'll never have to call them to find out, I'm with Bennetts and they've been great with swapping insurance bike to bike and getting paperwork sent to me speedily yet still plenty of unhappy customers reviews to be found.

Ha yeah definitely not the cheapest but I was going for fully comp on my 6mth old Suzuki Sv so they gave the best quote and are a well known no nonsense/no cold calls company(unlike carol Nash or mce) . shame I sold the Sv a month later! Doh!

As long as it's locked, alarmed, ground anchored, immobilised and covered, it should be alright

They have been accused of selling a bike without the owner's consent. Ignore the little children posting rubbish:
