Show plates

Has anyone had a show plate made recently?

I've tried a few sites and a couple that have made plates for me in the past but unless you want a standard legal plate the site functionality doesn't work.

I'm not trying for something too far from legal, 8x6, standard lettering, a euro GB badge, with a border and a bit of text, but it's not happening.

I managed to get through the build on one site but the checkout option wasn't there.

What's happening, has the government been leaning on them?

I've used these a couple of times in the past http://www.a1showplates.com but recently got one from eBay, cheaper and just as good.
