Hoop Suspension rose joints

Are these special ones or standard M10?

M10 joints are about £8, where as Ducati want £50!

Yes but the Ducati ones are made by Schaublin in Switzerland - precision engineering!
McGill Motorsport on left - Schaublin on right
(Like Don_Matese - I bought the McGill ones and they're ok)

Brilliant! There is a bearing specialist near me. I will just take it down with me.

See my previous thread "squeaky rose joints" for more info.
I'm told that you can get teflon lined ones, which might be a good move.

According to the ad, the McGill ones use a Teflon/PTFE combination

So do mine, but I've never seen a grease gun that small. Or at least I don't have one.

Thanks for your help with this guys, ordered mine from McGills, both were right hand thread (97 Monster).
Put the rear wheel in a paddock stand, and used a car jack under the engine to bushes out, went like a dream.

Can you get longer ones to raise the height of the rear of the bike?

No, but Lougi Motorsport sell a jack up kit on eBay. Basically threaded spacers that fit between the hoop and the rose joints.

Ah excellent thanks.

Have you got a link to them. Tried searching Lougi Motorsport but nothing came up on ebay or google?
