46 yrs old Newbie

Hi all,
Completely new to biking getting my Full licence via DAS at the beginning of June. Really hoping to pick up a lot of advice and help from the more experienced in the group.
Just had my 821 delivered Saturday and absolutely love it already and just about to get my head into the manual and swot up. Because like I said I know nothing apart from the very basics.
Live on the coast (Scarborough) and would be good to know of any others in area.

Welcome to the Jungle, you're going to have a marvelous time on here if you play the game. I have fond memories of your area, I did my first military tour at Leconfield (Norton/Laverda days). There used to be some fantastic roads around Driffield/Malton/Skipton way. Probably all nose to tail now. Sutton Bank (and Staxton) was a blast too..

Welcome from another Yorkshire member, about 1 hr south of you but born in Scarborough circa 1958. A rideout seems a good idea.

Sneaky mobile camera van on road from sledmere to the coast.
