How do I access my PMs sent to other forum members?

I have sent a PM to another forum member and I cannot see a) if it has gone and b) whether they have received it?

at the top of your PMs you’ll see a pulldown/twistie labelled ‘Jump to Folder’ you can switch from ‘inbox’ to ‘sent’ there.
