Service book pages (coupons)

My service books have run out of pages. Is it possible to get extra ones to add to the book? If yes, from where?

Could ask Dealer for a new book and bind together.

I have just realised that there are loads more coupons in the book albeit in German & French but I guess these can be stamped just as easily!
