Hello from RiDE Magazine
Hello all.
Thanks for letting me join, and I hope you won't immediately throw me out when you find I don't own a Monster... (I do have an air-cooled SS though, albeit only a little 400...). I'm a freelance journalist, working for motorbike mags in the UK, mainly RiDE Magazine. I write a lot of articles on used bikes, and forums are a great source of info, but I prefer to join, and announce myself, rather than just lurk in the shadows. Currently researching the Monster 1200 range, so if it's ok with the community here, I'll be posting a request for info in the appropriate section very soon. Thanks again, and hope to be hearing from some of you soon about your Monsters. Cheers, Kev Kevin Raymond Features Writer RiDE Magazine |

Hello and welcome. I occasionally read RiDE, it's a pretty good mag.
There are a number of really knowledgeable people on this site who have helped me out quite a bit, so I'm sure you'll get the answers you need. Just don't ask about their taste in music... |

Welcome aboard, Kev.
I've still got my free cargo net from issue no. 1! You won't have any difficulty in getting our members to tell you about their M1200s - your problem will be getting them to stop telling you about them. If you're planning a feature on Monsters in a future issue, don't forget to let us know when it's coming out. |

Welcome Kev, shame your not doing an article on the 1100 Evo, you would have plenty of takers with some well sorted bikes
