Handlebars rise 695
Well, it only took me half an hour to find out how to make a posting.
OK, so I'm a silly old ***, but maybe someone can help. I will change my GT1000 for a 695 (or maybe an S2R) but at sixty years of age, my back is not in tip top form, no doubt from a mis-spent youth on bikes, or maybe the coming off them. I need to raise the bars, have discovered SW Motech bar raisers. Does anyone have any experience of bar raising/bar replacement? Extending the hydraulic lines no problem, and should be able to sort the throttle cable, BUT, the multiplexer could just be a problem, if I were to cut and extend the wires, he presto, no worky. Oh yes, while I'm on, anyone know of a rack to fit the 695? So far I have emailed this question to Givi, and SW Motech. Here's hoping.................. |
