Yes that has been re-sold by the owner who must have only had a few months. It looks decent but will presume he never got on with it.

Welcome btw and welcome to Monster ownership.

My first job would be get some nicer brackets to hang those GP exhausts further forward and less obtrusive. If anything I would weld some tabs on the inside.

Hi guys and yes I've owned it for about 3 weeks, the guy I bought it off had it for the summer and has moved onto pastures new ! The exhaust brackets will be getting sorted as I'm going for a cafe racer style of bike.(with removable rear seat cover so that my GF can get on the back). I will also need to get some modified passenger peg brackets as the exhaust is a lot higher than standard,so if anyone knows anywhere then please let me know, the bike has 18,000 miles and came with full history ! And apparently the paint scheme n the tank is limited edition ?!?

Regards.

Yes back then they did some nice tanks. Chrome. Custom and that cool flag. I'm not sure if I remember a previous owner from Sussex . A girl I cannot remember her name now. May have been hers .
Looks like a Hampshire plate as my 1100s was a hx from cmw chichester.

Thanks again for the warm welcome ! And yeah I'm aware that the current seat cowl also comes off. There will be big changes to how this bike will look over the coming winter !
