Less maybe more maybe hmm
Well my carbon footprint is lessened a bit. Decided on another change. Completely free and I do believe this is where Ducati make mistakes. When I wanted a white bike I wanted a red frame. Due to their own decision making they seem to think black looks best with white. Wrong ! red does ! and red frame does not go with red tank. Black frame does imho.
I also have lost the silly fairing that we are all talking about lately. I will see how I like it without. Thanks Rally I think I made the right choice to swap. Please excuse the cheap camera making the red go orange. It really does look better than that.

I was looking at whether the carbon panels could have some detail red paint on it and thing that red goes with black frame better. So your not keen. Good job its free and not permanent then. Hooray for the custom panels. Will take it to track day to see what others think and how much the no screen makes a differance. Comment are welcome btw

Fraid I'm another voice in the "but it looked better all carbony" crowd.
Red frame with black tank works, and red frame with red tank (well I would say that wouldn't I) but I'm not sure about black frame with red tank. Albie seems to change the colours of his bike almost as often as my colleagues change the colour of their nails! (I'm definitely in the minority in my office in not being a manicure/gel extensions/expensive nail polish junkie). Maybe that could be the next Ducati overpriced accessory in the catalogue, along with the £5 Christmas tree bauble or for the same customers as the rather lurid orangey-red Ducati logoed bikinis - nail varnish or false nails to match the Monster art colours ... Come to think of it, the paint on some cars Andy has owned might as well have been cheap nail varnish, for the way it flaked off. Mrs C (who pretty much gave up nail varnish after student goth days with black painted nails, and who has yet to be hooked on carbon). |

Black frame and red tank goes, its the seat vs the tank that make its look uncomfortable IMO.
Still, worth a try if it was free to do eh! |

Probably too risky to try but the seat in red (keeping the number boards) would look good with the red tank but I've seen how much those seat units go for so I doubt you'd want to paint it

Albie, I love my look now and will post some pictures soon. I think it would look better with the red seat cover as well.
