I plan to do some suspension work at some point and will go have a chat with I local guy who is a retired racer that made the Daytona suspension outstanding rather than just very good by doing some internal alterations when other places just wanted me to put their cartridge kits in. I will possibly get a rexxer flash done although your problems have put me off a little now.

Don't let it put you off, here is the link to when I had my rexxerr flash done by Neil at Cornerspeed.

I have the sprocket. Thought I’d remove the cover to check it was the right one and the Allen heads rounded. Garage locked up. Will deal with it later

Had a double espresso and went back in. Tapped a t27 torx bit in with a copper mallet and the bolts are out. Correct sprocket so just need to get impact gun out and get it sorted now. I may do it in the morning. As promised I will report back when it’s done

Job done took me 45 mins this morning including going through the tin of bolts to find replacements for the sprocket cover. Made it a lot more civilised at lower speed and the acceleration in gear is even better than I expected it to be. Only had a short ride but for me well worth doing and would recommend it for £18 and about an hour at worst to do it. Thanks again for the advice guys
